Before finding our home under this roof, we built our name the hard way –  on the streets, in the rain, in the mud, and in front of tens of thousands of hungry music fans. Travelling thousands of miles since 2019, we’ve served up sizzling gyoza from North to South, straight into your mouth.

From the mosh pits of Download to the fields of Glastonbury Festival, we’ve perfected fast, flavour-packed food that hits hard and satisfies fast. Hand-folded dumplings. Crispy bottoms. Juicy fillings. Big mouths.

Inspired by Japanese street food but powered by the energy of UK festival culture, our menu is built for bold appetites – classic pork gyoza, fiery specials, and plant-based options that don’t hold back. Expect punchy sauces, addictive sides, and the kind of food you crave long after the last bite.

Now we’re bringing that same buzz, flavour, and graft to The Produce Hall. The music might be a little quieter (sometimes), but the pans are still sizzling and the energy is still high.
