Our Story
Having been involved & worked together in a number of top spots around Manchester — Proove, Public, Madre, to name but three — 3 friends put their heads together.
Inspired by trips to New York City’s West Village and the thriving DIY and independent food and cultural scenes in Athens, Greece, they came up with a simple plan: create a new casual dining den that’s accessible, delicious, and known for high standards. The Last Stop opened in May 2024, and soon became a firm favourite in the Heatons. Since then, they have since launched several guests kitchens across Greater Manchester’s food halls & bars, with their latest edition being invited into Stockport’s Produce Hall! The food offering consists of a smash burger & mediterranean gyros combination – with a focus on producing high quality products, whilst remaining accessible & affordable to all.
